USING PRECISE ARCANA

These terms apply to your use of the Precise Arcana Android app, website, web reader and related online services, provided by Infinity Forge Collectables. Use Precise Arcana lawfully and only if you can agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. Read the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer alongside these terms.

PERMITTED USE

You may use Precise Arcana for personal entertainment, spiritual exploration and reflection. Do not misuse the app, website or online services; interfere with their operation; bypass advertising, authentication, request limits or access controls; attempt to access, extract or reproduce private server code, databases or another user’s reading state; or use Precise Arcana to violate another person’s rights. You are responsible for the information you enter and for decisions you make. Do not submit someone else’s personal information without appropriate permission.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Precise Arcana’s client software, server software, reading engine, knowledge base, databases, branding and original content are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. Use of Precise Arcana does not transfer ownership. Third-party product images, retailer marks and other third-party material remain the property of their owners. Do not reproduce, redistribute, extract or exploit protected material beyond what its license or applicable law permits.

READINGS, ONLINE SERVICES AND AVAILABILITY

Readings are interpretive content, not factual predictions or professional advice. The Android app and web reader use anonymous Unity Authentication, Unity Cloud Code and private Unity Cloud Save to create and retain reading state as described in the Privacy Policy. An internet connection and availability of those services are required for server-backed readings. A reading expires for further use after 24 hours, and local or server records may be unavailable after a session, identity or service change.

Features, catalogs and availability may change; temporary outages, request limits or errors can occur. We do not promise continuous availability, that every image or link will work, that stored reading state will always remain accessible, or that a reading will achieve any outcome. Keep information you need independently of Precise Arcana.

THIRD-PARTY RETAILERS AND LINKS

The Store provides external retailer links, some of which may be affiliate links. We may receive a commission from qualifying purchases. Retailers are responsible for their listings, transactions, payments, shipping, returns and customer service. A link is not a guarantee of product quality, suitability, availability or the retailer’s claims. Review the retailer’s current information and terms before purchasing. The app does not process checkout or guarantee third-party content.

ADVERTISING

The app may display third-party advertisements and offer optional rewarded ads. Ad availability and successful completion depend on the advertising service and your connection. Ads are not professional recommendations or guarantees. Advertisers’ websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

RESPONSIBILITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as available without promises that it will be error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. To that same extent, Infinity Forge Collectables is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from reliance on readings, interruptions or third-party transactions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any mandatory protections applicable to you.
